How to Return Your Item
1. Contact Us
Use the Contact Us form provided on our website.
Please ensure that you give us your name and order number when sending the contact form.
2. We will Contact You
A member of our customer service team will contact you via email with further instructions on how to create your return shipping label and get your item safely back to us.
3. Send Your Item to Us
Make sure you pack your item securely to ensure a safe arrival to us. You can either reuse the packaging your item came in, if you still have it, or return the item in similar packaging.
Print your returns form and include it inside the parcel you are sending us.
4. Confirmation of Exchange or Refund
Ensuring your package has arrived safely and the returns criteria has been met, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 business days of the item arriving back to us. Please note that delivery times may vary and can be longer for regional or remote areas.
As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Will Beautola cover the cost of return shipping?
Please contact our customer service team directly using the Contact Us form to determine if your return qualifies for free return shipping. Please note we are not able to cover return postage fees in the event a product is returned due to a change of mind.
